Presenting to approximately 1,000 people each year, Mr. Brown trains community
leaders and assistance providers all over the U.S.
Carl says: "I love to conduct workshops and train people in water, sewer,
storm water and other utility rate analysis, asset management and program
delivery. Mostly I train community and system decision-makers and managers in
workshops. But I also do in-service training for association and agency staff to
enable them to better serve their clientele.
