Our mission is to help you fix your water and sewer system finances and rates, and keep them fixed.

My values include integrity, effectiveness and outstanding return on investment to you.

My strengths are planning, analysis, execution, speaking and "selling" hard-to-receive messages (like rate increases) to difficult groups.

A few years ago I did some training for the state of South Dakota. That led the state to establish a grant that will pay for most of the cost of a rate analysis using the Show-me Ratemaker programs, software I created.
